THE VISIT
We do ask that you remove any fragile or heavy items prior to each cleaning, (glass, valuables, electronics, furniture.) Although we are careful during the cleaning process, whilst cleaning, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for:
-pre-existing damage, valuables left in cleaning areas, magnets, stickers, signs, protective glass films or wraps, glass tinting-scratches or breakage,screens-broken or bent, curtain rods or drapes, window frame damage, electronic equipment.

THE CARPET CLEANING PROCESS
1.) Pre-Inspection
Our specialist(s) will analyze your carpet I.D(carpet type). Fiber-Specific cleaning solutions are hand picked for your carpet. Our specialist(s) will locate and discuss any areas of concern, spots, stains that are permanent. Recommend services to fix areas of concern.
2.) Area Preparation
To ensure surrounding fixtures aren’t damaged, we will prepare the carpet cleaning areas with protective corner guards, sleeves, and floor mats.
3.) Pre-Vacuum
To remove soils and particles from the carpet, we vacuum first.
4. Pre-treat
To break down the soil in your carpet, we apply a fiber-specific cleaning solution-allowing 10-15 minutes of dwell time.
5. Pre-Spot
To expedite removal chances of any spots, we apply the proper spotting solution(s) and technique to each spot.
6. Pre-Groom
To precondition and loosen the soils, we groom the carpet with a carpet rake or carpet brush machine. Picking up excess soil and particles.
7. Extraction & Rinse
To remove the soil and cleaning solution from your carpet, we use the hot water extraction method-flushing and removing remaining residue.
8. Neutralize
For a fresh feel, the carpet is then neutralized (ph balanced), leaving it soft to the touch.
9. Post Spot
Inspect for any remaining spots to be treated with our spot solution.
10. Post Groom
The carpet is then groomed with a carpet rake or CRB (Counter rotating brush) machine, ready for drying. Apply recommended add-ons such as deodorizer for a fun and fresh scent and carpet protector for an added layer of spill resistance.*
11. Speed Dry
To expedite the drying time, high speed air movers are placed on the carpet.
12. Post Cleaning Inspection
To insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded, our specialist(s) review the work performed.
Our powerful extraction equipment usually leaves surfaces close to dry. We recommend turning on ceiling fans and other forms of A/C, even opening windows to expedite the drying time. Expect a curtesy follow up call, text, email to ensure your satisfaction.

CARPET DEODORIZER

The purpose of using a carpet protector is to make your carpet resistant to dirt, spills, wear and tear-even electric static shock. As long as you have foot traffic from yourself, family, friends, guests and pets, your carpet will get dirty. Although carpet is naturally resistant to most spills and comes with a layer of protection from the manufacturer, it's still wise to apply a shield of protection after each cleaning.
