WHAT IS ELECTROSTATIC TECHNOLOGY?

Electrostatic technology is a special way to evenly apply chemicals onto surfaces. Think of the way that a car gets evenly coated with paint, resulting in a smooth beautiful finish-that’s electrostatic technology! To be more specific, when using an electrostatic spray gun, disinfectant chemicals are absolutely, positively charged when sprayed and applied to negatively charged surfaces-resulting in instant attraction. Opposites do attract-you know, think magnets! 40-110 microns (μm).

WHAT IS ULV FOGGING?

Our ULV fogging machines emit a fog/mist composed of Ultra Low Volume (ULV) droplets between 20-50 microns (μm) in diameter. ULV fogging is ideal for eliminating pathogens in hard to reach areas. If you’ve ever been outside on a foggy day, you can imagine the benefits of fogging for indoors. The air quality improves significantly, making your space safer to be in.

CHEMICALS WE USE

We’ve upgraded to a safer chemical option- hypochlorous-acid. We use an N-Listed, EPA registered, HOCl Hospital-Grade Cleaner and Disinfectant. It’s pet and people safe. The perfect disinfectant for hard, high-touch surfaces, such as counters, appliances, handles and doorknobs. It is 80-100 times more effective than chlorine bleach. 99.935% reverse osmosis water and .065% HOCl, the most effective disinfectant available. There is nothing else in it! No lye, toxins, dyes, scents, etc, and leaves no residue. Clean. Pure. Simple.

THE DISINFECT PROCESS

1.) Pre-Inspection
Our specialist(s) will analyze your home or work space to see which areas need to be cleaned, sanitized and disinfected.

2.) Area Preparation
To prevent injuries, we will place service signs in occupied work spaces.

3.) Dusting

Dust in an outlined motion, removing cob webs and dust particles wall to wall. 

4. Cleaning, Sanitizing, Disinfecting

After dusting each area. Using a cleaning/sanitizing/disinfectant solution, we then spray and wipe down all common surfaces, doors, handles, rails, glass, bathrooms and kitchen.* And or use electrostatic spray guns/ULV foggers.

5. Trash removal 

Remove all trash from waste baskets, replace with new can liners. (Customer provided)

6. Sweep, vacuum, mop
After each area has been dusted, cleaned, sanitized, disinfected, we then sweep up remaining debris, vacuum, floors and carpet, followed by mopping any hard flooring. 

7.Post Spot clean
Inspect areas for any remaining spots to be cleaned 

8. Post Cleaning Inspection

To insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded, our specialist(s) review the work performed.
