THE PROCESS

1.) Pre-Inspection
Our specialist(s) will analyze your home or work space to see which areas need to be vacuumed, cleaned, sanitized and disinfected. We then take before photos of the serviceable areas.

2.) Area Preparation
To prevent injuries, we will place service signs in occupied work spaces and wear proper PPE. We apply any necessary surface protection, such as, surface coverings and tape. We then unscrew screws from each vent. Please note that you may need additional screws if you’re missing one or more prior to our visit. We can bring extra vent screws and filters. For dusting and vacuuming of the vent.

3.) Trash removal 

Remove all trash from vent. Comes with video recording.

4.) Dusting

Dust/agitate vent interior with power brush, removing dust. Using a powerful vacuum, the dust and particles are sucked up, but by bit. We use up to 50” ft of vacuum hose. Comes with video recording.

5.) Cleaning, Sanitizing, Disinfecting

After dusting/vacuuming the dryer vent, using a cleaning/sanitizing/disinfectant solution, we then spray and wipe the dryer vent. We use electrostatic spray guns/ULV foggers to evenly disinfect the vent interior. Each vent is left with a fresh and clean scent. Comes with video recording.

6.Post Spot clean
Inspect areas for any remaining spots to be cleaned, check for any paint removed from vent removal. To blend in, we recommend having the exact color match paint for paint touch ups.

7.Post Cleaning Inspection

To insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded, our specialist(s) review the work performed. Take after photos.
