TILE & GROUT CLEANING

BEFORE THE VISIT

We do ask that you remove any fragile or heavy items prior to each cleaning, (glass, valuables, electronics.) 

THE VISIT

TILE & GROUT CLEANING PROCESS 

1.) Pre-Inspection
Our specialists will analyze the flooring area to locate and discuss any areas of concern, spots, stains that are permanent. Recommend services to fix areas of concern, Tile/Grout replacement, etc.

2.) Area Preparation
To ensure surrounding fixtures aren’t damaged, will cover any sensitive areas of your home or workspace with protective coverings. 

3.) Sweep
To remove soil and debris from the floor. 

4. Pre-treat

To break down the soil and grease buildup, we apply tile and grout cleaner to the floor.*

5. Scraping 
To insure a smooth floor surface, we scrape up any gum and adhesive from the floor.

6. Deep scrubbing 
We then use a state-of-art floor machine with a tile & grout brush head to scrub away all of the soil build-up.

7. Rinse & Extraction 
To remove the soil and chemicals from the floor, we use a high-water-pressure hard surface cleaning machine, rinsing and vacuuming simultaneously.

8. Neutralize
We then neutralize the floor with a neutral floor cleaning solution for tile & grout using a filtered mop/mop-bucket.

9. Apply sealer
To prevent fast soiling of the tile & grout we apply a coat (layer(s)) of sealer and allow for it to dry. (Allow up to 24 hours for complete drying)

11. Speed Dry
To expedite the drying time, high speed air movers are placed on the floor.

12. Post Cleaning Inspection
To insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded, our specialist(s) review the work performed. 

AFTER THE VISIT

We recommend turning on ceiling fans and other forms of A/C, even opening windows to expedite the drying time. The sealer on the floor can take up to 24 hours to completely cure. Waiting up to 24 hours insures that no soil settles in the grout lines.
